OPEN CALL - CO-PRODUKTION I DANSEKAPELLET I 26/27
Dansekapellet søger 1-2 kunstnere og kompagnier, der ønsker at co-producere en forestilling med premiere på Dansekapellets scenen i sæson 26/27. Vi søger værker, der arbejder inden for danseteater, koreografisk og bevægelsesbaseret scenekunst. Co-produktionsprogrammet er støttet af Statens Kunstfonds projektstøtteudvalg for scenekunst.
Som co-produktionspartner kan Dansekapellet bistå med prøvelokaler og scenekapacitet, lys-lyd og teknik, koreografisk og dramaturgisk sparring, økonomi, produktionsbistand & fundraising, PR, og lysdesign samt teknisk bistand. I dialog med de udvalgte værker udarbejdes en co-produktionsaftale tilpasset efter den enkelte produktions behov af hensyn til den samlede økonomi for co-produktionsprogrammet.
Forestillingen med flere co-produktionspartnere er velkomne til at søge, og værker både på idébasis og i opstart er velkomne til at søge.

Send en kort interessetilkendegivelse til info@dansekapellet.dk senest 4. oktober. Skriv i emnefeltet: Co-produktion 26/27 samt værkets titel eller arbejdstitel. Mailen bedes vedhæfte en pdf, hvor du beskriver dit projekt (ca. 1000 tegn for beskrivelsen), det kunstneriske hold, ønskede produktions og spilleperioder, samt en kort beskrivelse af det forventede budget for produktionen.
Beskriv hvilken økonomi, der allerede er rejst til projektet, eller om der ikke er bevilget midler til projektet endnu, samt hvad du ønsker at Dansekapellet skal bidrage med som co-produktionspartner. Vedhæft CV på ansøger, samt det kunstneriske hold, gerne med videolinks til trailere, showreal eller tidligere værker, samt øvrigt relevant materiale for at vurdere din interessetilkendegivelse.
I stedet for en skriftlig besvarelse er du også velkommen til at sende din interessetilkendegivelse som video, hvori du besvarer samme spørgsmål.

De udvalgte projekter vil blive kontaktet og indkaldt til dialogmøde i begyndelsen af oktober 2026, og der udarbejdes efterfølgende et fælles budget og en co-produktionsaftale.

OPEN CALL – CO-PRODUCTION AT DANSEKAPELLET IN 26/27
Dansekapellet is seeking 1–2 artists or companies interested in co-producing a performance to premiere at Dansekapellet in the season of 26/27. We are looking for works within the fields of dance theatre, choreography, and movement-based performing arts. The co-production program is supported by the The Danish Arts Foundation's Committee for Performing Arts Project Funding.
As a co-production partner, Dansekapellet can provide rehearsal space and stage facilities; lighting, sound, and technical equipment; choreographic and dramaturgical feedback and guidance; financial support; production support and fundraising; PR; and lighting design and technical assistance. A co-production agreement adjusted to the specific needs of each production—while considering the overall budget of the co-production program—will be developed in dialogue with the selected projects.
Applications are welcome for performances involving multiple co-production partners, as well as for works that are currently at the conceptual or early development stage.
HOW TO APPLY:
Send a brief letter of interest to info@dansekapellet.dk no later than October 4. Please use the subject line: "Co-produktion 26/27" followed by the title or working title of the performance. Please attach a PDF describing your project (approx. 1,000 characters for the description), the artistic team, your preferred production and performance periods, and a brief outline of the estimated production budget.
Describe the funding already secured for the project—or state if no funds have been allocated yet—and outline how you would like Dansekapellet to contribute as a co-production partner. Please attach the CVs of the applicant and the artistic team (ideally including video links to trailers, showreels, or past works) along with any other relevant material to help us evaluate your expression of interest.
Alternatively, you are welcome to submit your expression of interest as a video in which you answer the same questions.
If further information is required to assess your material, you will be contacted after the application deadline.
The selected projects will be contacted and invited to a meeting in early October 2026 to discuss the proposal; a joint budget and a co-production agreement will subsequently be drawn up.
